Al Qusi
Best win has come in a Group 3 race two back in 2007. Has raced in higher class but has been found wanting. Al Qusi would be a surprise winner.
Asset
Good horse with some solid form. Most of it below this class through and would have to step up quite a bit to be in with a chance here. Good second recently in group 3 race but would have a better chance on a firmer surface.
Corrybrough
Reasonable form. Consistent in first season but has had something of a disappointing time of it last season. Best may still be yet to come. Ran well in a Group 1 at Doncaster this time last year. Only one run this season on the All weather. Steps up in trip and could have a live chance.
Equiano
Good early career form, Ascot Group 1 winner, But recent form is poor. Equiano has been contesting good races but would have to put in better performances to be fancied.
High Standing
The class act in this field. good solid form and comes here having won last 4 races. He is the ride of the returning Keiron Fallon and has the favorites chance. Progressive and in form and previous run was a good win in a group 3 race, however this is a step up in class.
J J The Jet Plane
Early form in South Africa and runs in Nad Al Sheba may be difficult to access but has done little wrong since debut in this country. Has progressed really well and has run well in Group 1 races (3rd and 4th). Good Chance here today
Judd Street
Going on past form this horse has little chance at this level.
Main Aim
Good past form. A winner of a group 3 race at this course 7f back in May. Given the horses good form the very poor last run at Goodwood can be forgiven. good chance.
Regal Parade
Good horse who although looked below this class but has improved in recent running's with a 3rd and 2nd in Group two races recently. 7f would seem to be the horses optimum trip and although would by no means be a surprise winner there are others with more appeal.
Art Connoisseur
Excellent solid form. Loves fast ground and is an Ascot Group 1 winner. Two poor recent runs albeit one where the saddle slipped. One of the better chances at a big price.
Bushranger
Good solid for including a Newmarket group 1 win (Duel Group 1 winner) . Was below par earlier in season and has not run since June. lf back to form could run well.
Finjaan
Good solid form and comes here on the back of a Group 2 win at Goodwood. 9th in the 2000 guineas where he weakened at the end. This race could be run to suit him better . He is another with a good chance.
Sayif
Another good horse with solid form who runs well but always seems to find one or two too good. Would not be surprise winner but is difficult to fancy.
Fleeting Spirit
Great form and comes here on the back of a Newmarket Group 1 win over 6f. Solid credentials and should run well today.
